Not the best Dunkins. But maybe I am spoiled by the one I usually go to in Watertown where the orders come out so quick, its like the team knows what you are going to order before you do. So this place took a long time to get my order out and the couple people before me were frustrated about their orders taking so long as well.

Terrible service. Ordered a breakfast sandwich. Waited 20 min and the cook has the audacity to lie with an attitude saying that she called my order but nobody came so someone else must have taken it. I was standing right there and nobody had called my order. She then took a different sandwich that was not being picked up and reheated it before handing to me. I threw it in the trash. Awful experience this morning. Waited over 15 mins for a small coffee and bagel with cream cheese. I asked for jelly on the side of my bagel and the employee told me I needed to pay for it and I didn’t add it to my to go order (you can’t on the app anyways.) Jelly is supposed to be free on the side of a sandwich! She just didn’t want to go and grab it for me. Customer service was horrible.
