We arrived early, but they let other people go ahead of us. The chocolate machine wasn’t working! Honestly, I didn’t appreciate the way they spoke to me and my daughter. It was a terrible experience, and I will never come back. I paid for my order but didn’t even pick it up because I was so furious! Thanks for ruining my birthday.
I just want to thank the wonderful manager who helped me at 6:30 AM last Saturday morning. I had placed an online order the night before, and the online app gave me a confirmation that the order would be ready for pickup the next day. When I showed up in the morning, I was surprised that the order was not prepared, and apparently not even received. Just came from this Dunkin and had the worse experience. The woman in glasses that handout my drink was so rude. I explain to hear the reason way the matcha wall in the bottle of the cup and her response to me was... WE HAVE BEEN DOING THINGS THE WAY WE DO FOR 25 YEARS. Interesting because Matcha came in the menu less than 2 years ago. Why to get an afternoon vegetation snack. Avocado toast, grilled cheese, coffee. Perfect. They didn't know what cheese they used. Coffee, didn't get sugar count right. Can do better. More training for person taking orders.
