Went to get my order roughly three seconds after they called it out -- and the worker proceeded to slam their hands against the counter multiple times and yelled the order again. Jeez.
This was my first visit to Dunkin'. Although I'm not a regular coffee drinker, I decided to try a cappuccino. I requested it iced, but the barista with locs rudely informed me that cappuccinos cannot be iced, despite the menu indicating otherwise. If the barista was unsure about preparing the iced cappuccino, she should have communicated that clearly. Her customer service was unacceptable, displaying a lack of both communication skills and product knowledge.
