Store hours are wrong. They are not open at 8 on Saturdays. I was told they would be open in maybe half an hour later.
The people were a little weird, I asked for an “iced green tea matcha” they couldn’t figure out what that was so I showed them a picture and they said “Ohh Matcha” then they said “ Next time just say Matcha, you don’t need to say green tea” my issue was they knew what I wanted but decided to make a fuss about it. I had sent someone else earlier to get the same order and they made a green tea but they had the audacity to tell me that there was a guy before me who was asking for the same thing. If you say you open at 7am, that means lights should be on, machines should be running, product should be ready to sell at 7:01. Not 7:05 or later.
