I was charged 6.14 for 2 donuts…when I asked why so much he said “specialty donuts are more” I had a French cruller donut and a Boston Kreme…I would like my refund
i would give zero stars. Workers are rude, and i feel like they don’t know what they are doing…. I waited 20 Minutes for an iced latte and there were 5 customers.
The coffee was noticeably not as good as other Dunkin Donuts I've been too. Also, note that they do not accept App rewards, coupons, etc.
A few weeks ago I showed up at 7am which is the time that it says the open. The workers ignored me, then took their time to cut on the TV then took my order about 5 minutes later. Went back today and was told that they don’t open until 7:30am. It’s unfortunate because DD is my favorite coffee but instead I grabbed Starbucks who has no problem with being open.
