i’ve never had a bad experience at this dunkin. my coffee is always amazing & the food is perfect! love this dunkin my go to dunkin for years!
Consistently TERRIBLE service at this location. They do not use paper to grab donuts. I went back to try them again for ice cream and had another bad experience. My sons were disappointed with the ice cream because it was sour. Instead of giving us a new replacement scoop the person working started arguing with me. When I asked for a manager they said “we do not have one”. NEVER returning to this location.
Cup almost completely filled with ice. I had requested light ice and this ain't it 👎 I need to stop going to this dunkin as this shit has been going on for years!
