Terrible, unclean, disorganized (30+ minute wait time for a coffee and dozen donuts multiple times), the staff have no idea how to serve anything close to edible. I’m not even sure they can count, my dozen donuts was only 9. Either fire all the staff or just shut it down.
This is by far the worst dunkin donuts. The food isnt good, the coffee is too strong most days. Service is terrible. Alot of times I order ahead. And when I get down there my stuff is randomly behind the counter sitting instead of in the mobile order tray. They will see you standing for a long time and never ask if you need help or if you are waiting for anything. Even though its convenient its not worth buying
