The service was terrible. When I ordered my coffee rolls in the kiosk, when I to pick it up they were out of stock. They didn’t even want me to replace it with something else. The machine froze and my money wasn’t refunded . The older woman was rude and yelled at me in front of my daughter. She wasn’t even wearing a name tag. So I can’t call to report her either. One star is too much to even give. Do not go there.

What an absolute travesty of a Dunkin Donuts. Between the impersonal kid at the counter, to “we don’t have espresso,” “do I have matcha?” “We don’t have oat milk” AFTER PAYING. Last time they didn’t make our preorder. Clown show.
