Line to order was 45 minutes and they were so behind some people had been waiting for over a hour. Obviously they need to hire more people or stop taking orders. Absolutely horrible location. Never even got food. Worst experience ever
How do you run out of ice coffee then say I don’t know when I’ll have it again
Honestly the worst place I've ever been, staff just messing around and laughing while there's a giant queue. Ordered donuts and got told after 10 minutes of waiting when I asked where my order was that there was none. They said said they'd give me a replacement item, had to ask twice before they gave me it though which was about another 15 minutes of waiting. After everything she didn't even look at me when she gave me it. Actually stunned.

My 12 year old son waited in line 20 minutes to order 2 donuts then waited another 10 minutes in the pickup area, only to be told they had none of those donuts. Then they didn’t give him a refund. I walked back to the counter (2 minutes later) explaining that it was my son that just left because he was told you had run out if the donuts and asked if I could get a refund and I was told I needed to wait in the 20 minute line.
