i know this is an airport but damn i waited an hour for a bagel
My 12 year old son waited in line 20 minutes to order 2 donuts then waited another 10 minutes in the pickup area, only to be told they had none of those donuts. Then they didn’t give him a refund. I walked back to the counter (2 minutes later) explaining that it was my son that just left because he was told you had run out if the donuts and asked if I could get a refund and I was told I needed to wait in the 20 minute line. The service was terrible. When I ordered my coffee rolls in the kiosk, when I to pick it up they were out of stock. They didn’t even want me to replace it with something else. The machine froze and my money wasn’t refunded . The older woman was rude and yelled at me in front of my daughter. She wasn’t even wearing a name tag. So I can’t call to report her either. One star is too much to even give. Do not go there.
