i’ve had multiple experiences where I was handed the wrong thing multiple times and just this morning I was given no napkins, and my wraps were made with the wrong cheese.
Four servers were standing behind the counter while one was cleaning the area near the cash register. Nobody offered to take our order. The server near the cash register just walked away from the area without acknowledging us at all. Then it took me to ask one of the servers if he could take our order.
