Sometimes its a hit or miss, the coffees never quite taste the same if you always get the same order, sometimes the food is ice cold in the center, and sometimes its simple mistakes. Stuff happens.. But they're almost always willing to fix the issue! Overall its a fast paced place, they do great the majority of the time.
Hi. There was a young woman Ashley who took mine and my son's order through the drive thru. She was Very kind and helpful. I can appreciate excellent customer service.
This particular Dunkin' donuts is pretty good it's very rare that they mess up an order or have a crappy coffee so I'll give it a four out of five cuz it's usually pretty decent
