The cashier has attitude and doesn’t have patience, and the food is cold and has mold on it, I don’t recommend this Dunkin’ Donuts, save your money and go somewhere else where the food and cashier is great unlike this Dunkin’s donut
I came here on Wednesday .I ordered a strawberry refresher with oat milk. Upon receiving my drink it tasted funny like the milk went bad. I told the lady that if I can swap it for something else because the milk taste rotten. She starts to talk about how it’s not rotten, just starts to ramble for a minute and that I would have to purchase another drink. They didn’t even BOTHER to go check because “oat milk doesn’t go bad” excuse me? I told her fine I’ll buy another drink. It’s a very Spanish area so they WILL always get away... read more
I ordered a matcha iced latte with light ice on the app, and when I went to pick it up, i received a oatmilk latte with hardly any matcha. I told the lady that it looked like i only got milk and she responded with "you ordered it with light ice so we don't add to much of the powder". I'm confused since "light ice" is an option on the app, so it's not like i was asking for something out of the ordinary. I was super disappointed but i didn't argue it. I left with my milk latte.
