I asked for Matcha Latte…. They put too much milk. I said it’s too much milk, this person in customer service business told me- next time! Why does he think I will come back again. Also this guy did not stir my match powder in the syrup or milk once… I am literally drinking clumped Matcha right now. Never going back to this Dunkin
I would give 0 stars. Very unprofessional. Can't make anything right. Do not recommend it, because feeling that people who work there hate their job.
