I came here on Wednesday .I ordered a strawberry refresher with oat milk. Upon receiving my drink it tasted funny like the milk went bad. I told the lady that if I can swap it for something else because the milk taste rotten. She starts to talk about how it’s not rotten, just starts to ramble for a minute and that I would have to purchase another drink. I ordered a matcha iced latte with light ice on the app, and when I went to pick it up, i received a oatmilk latte with hardly any matcha. I told the lady that it looked like i only got milk and she responded with "you ordered it with light ice so we don't add to much of the powder". I'm confused since "light ice" is an option on the app, so it's not like i was asking for something out of the ordinary. I was super disappointed but i didn't argue it. I left with my milk latte.
