I wanted to recognize the manager at Dunkin’. Every time we visit during our Community-Based Instruction (CBI) outings, she welcomes us with kindness, patience, and a genuine smile. She takes the time to make every student feel comfortable, respected, and included, creating such a positive experience for our group. The bathroom hasn't been available for public use for months. That is frankly ridiculous. They also were completely non-caring of my reasonable concern. Edit: The ice coffee I ordered was sour
Rainy day, The restrooms are not functioning. Thats unfair also the matcha too watery and white. Waste of money
Washrooms are not clean
The Indian lady here was really rude one of my friends order drinks and we were waiting on someone she started yelling saying you can’t wait for long and have to buy something it wasn’t even that long and she started yelling I am gonna call the police when my friend already got something from this place. Very bad service by this lady. Very rude. Never coming here again
