Absolutely Horrible Service – Never Again! I went into Dunkin’ today and placed a big order, including a dozen donuts. Guess what? They didn’t even have the donuts I wanted. Fine, that happens sometimes. But when I asked them to simply refund me and only charge for the products they actually had, the worker flat out refused. I even tried to be reasonable and suggested a fair exchange: two pre-pack ice creams that cost the same (and I was even willing to pay the difference if needed).
