Their shift leader should be fired. Worst I have ever come across and does not know how to treat customers. She was working Saturday noon and the staff were useless and very rude. There was one older lady in there who was very very good and took up for the customer, me. Blaming other rude customers on me and not giving me my drinks at all. I showed her the receipt and she just told me to tell her what it was. I didn’t get her name because she was sitting on her break in the lobby on her phone not helping at all.

I have been in there twice and ignored both times at the counter. Last time I just finally left. Currently working for a customer who related he and his granddaughter had the same experience. Customer service is definitely lacking.

I am very disappointed with this Dunkin’ location. On 8/19/2026, I stopped by at 5:30 AM to get my coffee and found a line in the drive-thru. After waiting, it became clear that the store was closed because no employees had shown up to open. This was very unprofessional and frustrating, especially for customers relying on an early morning coffee before work. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this location.
