As someone who goes to dunkin regularlyI can honestly say this is the worst dunkin ive ever been to. Clearly a management problem. Avoid it at all costs. They have no idea what theyre doing here.
Called over 8 times answered once and they hanged up. Uber me a coffee with some instructions and nothing was done. Top wasn’t put on right spilled all over burning my hands.
I recently visited Dunkin' Donuts and was thoroughly impressed by the staff. Al’s communication skills were above and beyond—he was incredibly sweet and made sure my order was perfect. Lance was also amazing; he juggled multiple tasks with ease and worked incredibly hard to keep everything running smoothly. The whole team was great, but Al and Lance really stood out!
