No body would take my order. They were too busy doing nothing.
I heard the Manager today talking to a employee (you can’t read )to the employee because the order was wrong that wasn’t right at all very rude and not so kind & not professional. I come to Dunkin everyday I never have a problem or anything but the manager needs to know how to talk to the employees a be a bit more nicer and more friendly I was so not happy hearing that today
This location has improved in service and has consistently made my drink the right way every time! The staff is friendly and efficient! I will be going to this location every time! 5 stars across the board!
Al Is an amazing, energetic and positive employee. I mean the last two days he has made my day better with his positive attitude energy and happiness! He recognized us right away ! If the manager is reading this you need to take care of him. If anyone is having a bad day come to this dunking donuts and Al will make your day a lot better! God bless him and everyone else
went to get 2 coffees and they were out of both flavors i ordered and the girl at the window didnt say that they didnt have those flavors.. we had to go in and ask for the flavor in our coffee just to get told they were out.. ill go to zhills if i want coffee this place sucks-
