Please re-train the employees, i do not understand how the exact same coffee i order is made drastically different every single time and it’s always undrinkable. Genuinely undrinkable, I promise I am not over exaggerating.
Very rude my server was under the influence
They don't understand that "no ice" means literally don't add ice and "less ice" does not mean fill the cup with ice. Unless you want a cup of ice go to another Dunkin.
