They're not closed they are open
I went through the drive thru, ordered my coffee and food. The screen had my coffee wrong so I tried to politely correct it and the response was “yeah got it” with no correction to my coffee. Got the window and coffee was still made wrong, i said this again at the window to receive the correct coffee as i needed a milk alternative due to intolerance and proceeded to again receive an incorrectly made coffee that I was unable yo drink.

Super disappointed bec I’ve been going to this Dunkin on my way to school sometimes and usually it’s been great service. I was talking to get my order and I stumbled on my words and the lady taking my order started laughing and mocking me. I have really bad social anexity, and just felt so shocked and honestly wanted to just cry. Went up to the window and it’s a 70yr old woman who obviously doesn’t want to be there.
