This is the worst Dunkin location in Knoxville. I only ever go here because it's on the way to my kids' school, but I will have to go out of the way from now on. I went today at 8AM and as usual, they were already out of several donuts. I ordered the new fruit punch donut for my kids and they were out, but said they had the fruit punch munchkins. The employee who helped was very kind, lovely lady. She had to ask the manager a question about my order, and he seemed rather bothered by it. A manager should never be bothered by an employee asking questions especially if it's to help a guest out. Not much on customer service was he.
