Way too long of a wait at the drive thru
Can not believe how slow the drive thru is. Ive been maybe 7 times and every single time the drive thru takes >15 minutes. Its insane it hasn't gotten better
Best Dunkin’ iv been to very nice place
Potter is the first employee I’ve seen give a shit. Ordered a brown sugar shaken espresso, SHE REMEMBERED IM ALLERGIC bc I forgot to order whole milk. 1000/10. Deserves a raise, keep her at the window she makes lines shorter. She’s the bomb. Can’t stress that enough.
Hey franchise others! Your establishment is a nightmare and I wrote corporate a handwritten letter on my unsanitary burnt bagel with and horrid experience! Clean up your staff literally they are scary looking!
