Not the worst dunkin in our area but by far a lower tier. Not sure what's wrong with Knoxville Dunkins; it's so much better anywhere else
Unfortunately had multiple problems with drink orders here. And I love Dunkin! Multiple times had ice in my nitro, when I ordered a large matcha they filled my cup up 3/4 of the way… my go to order is a large drip with 3 cream and it tastes different every single time. Also messed up on my food order whenever I specify I don’t want the yellow cheese. Also do not go to drive thu is there’s more than a few cars. Drive thru takes forever.
Got the 6 dollar meal deal, he charged for individual items then was annoyed he rang it up wrong. Fixed that issue. Then my food. Burnt. Disgusting. Do not recommend. We go to Dunkin in various areas. This is by far the worst food from any location. At least I can drink my coffee.
Apparently if you don't order electronically your invisible 🤔We walked in and stood at the counter for 5 minutes, no one even acknowledged we were there although there were at least 4 people we made eye contact with!
