I have quite literally never experienced blatant disrespect and rudeness for no reason like I did ordering a matcha here. I asked if they had a certain cold foam and was laughed at and with a very unprofessional and rude tone in more words was told no. I get to the window and they are all talking about me and laughing at me and silently hand me my drink, slam the window, giggle with each other, and look at me crazy.
