I ordered on DoorDash tonight, 2 jelly donuts and a match latte. The latte barely had matcha in it. I only received 1 donut and the donut was a hard, stale glazed donut. If the item wasn’t available, the employee should have contacted DoorDash to let me know. I tired to call the store and the phone was immediately hung up like it is sitting off the hook.

I ordered a strawberry dragonfruit with no ice thinking that it will be filled to the cup like I’ve seen other Dunkin’s do but in this one they gave me the drink like this I don’t know why it wouldn’t be filled to the top

They're normally okay but today they were out of croissants at only 11am and said they weren't going to restock. They close at 10. Why not? Another occasion, it was like only 8:30pm and the clerk was cleaning out the oven and said he wasn't taking any orders that needed "warming/toasting". What? Made no sense. That's the main premise of a breakfast spot is toasting and warming. You should be cleaning up at the last 30mins of closing not almost an hour and a half before and prevent customers from their purchase

Yet another fast food establishment that cannot read online orders. Cheese when you ask for no cheese due to allergy. Forgets entire items like a coffee or a tea. Im sick of these dunkins in this area. Its not limited to this one. There is a massively growing increase in careless mistakes. Im sick of spending my money at these places.
