The woman who has been working the drive thru the past couple times I have gone there in the morning has had such a bad attitude and is just rude. I will pull up and she basically just throws my drink out while rolling her eyes not saying a word. It throws me off because I’m always so appreciative of the workers there. It’s so busy and I know how hard they’re working, but come on.

I dont know what happened to this place but its a disaster. Routinely wait for 4-5 minutes stuck in the line. They are so overwhelmed with the simplest tasks. Got told yesterday that there was a spill and they'd need a while before they could serve again. Always some reason. Just unorganized, no urgency and no professionalism.
