I was at this location this morning which is 2/3/26, I am a DoorDasher and I was there to pick up orders for two customers! I went in there and there were just pink tickets all over the counter and I understand that they were busy The drive-thru was very long! But on the other hand there is no excuse for the store associate to be so extremely rude! I believe her name is Carrie, her customer service skills are terrible! If you are open until 8pm you can’t close at 7:50. Just basic how to run a business.
I was overcharged and waited about 20 min for a small chai, I placed my order and then had to wait again , the wait was too long especially when there was no line
