They're service used to be better. They're really not that good now that I've come often... I will reconsider. Waited 10mins to be attended with an empty store (dude was taking mobile orders instead) and then they had no coffee ready after I ordered so another 10mins for a small hot regular. Poor communication.
Red flag: one of the people running the cash register was rude and unprofessional. She had short bob hair and a cupids bow lip and did not understand the order I asked even after 3 other workers had to explain to her. I specifically asked for no ice on my drink and when I came back to tell her, she said I did not say I did not want ice and that the ice was fixed. I ordered a meal deal at this location with 5 pumps of caramel and 5 of butter pecan, and what was supposed to be 6 dollars came out to 8 dollars. I questioned the price difference and the manager, in a super rude attitude, said that the pumps in the coffee were charged separately. It’s the first time I’ve seen something like this, charging separately for caramel pumps. I said I would pay the 6 dollars from the ad, so she threw out the caramel coffee and made another one. If you like 96 degree establishments this one is for you. Literally hotter than hell inside. I am physically sick everytime I leave there.
So first off i walk in and dont even get a hello or anything and then im standing there for 3-4 minutes at the register while the 4 workers are standing around just talking to each other and i ordered a simple everything bagel toasted with extra cream cheese and i saw her putting the cream cheese on and it wasnt even a normal anount so i reiterated that its extra cream cheese and i just got back to work to eat it and its overly toasted and still not extra cream cheese!!
