The manager at this location lacks basic customer service skills. She is rude and has an off putting demeanor. I want to say she’s a prejudice because on the morning of 9.6.2025 she tossed a bag with my donut over the counter to me, never saying anything to me, I didn’t even know it was for me, as I waited for my coffee to be made, however the white guy that came behind me received a welcoming smile, and was told him to have a nice day by her.
