Unfortunately, I had a frustrating experience at this Dunkin’. I ordered a Vanilla Bean Coolatta and was handed a cup so overfilled it dripped all over my car within seconds. When I returned it to the employee, I was met with an attitude and asked what I wanted — as if it wasn’t obvious. I politely asked for the drink to be made correctly, and instead of remaking it, she just poured the same drink into another cup.
