Absolutely unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. I placed a mobile order right at opening time, which the app clearly allowed, and drove over expecting normal service. When I arrived, the doors were locked, yet there was a sign saying the drive-thru was open. I waited, got no response, and when I pulled up to the window, employees were inside fully aware of me—but instead of speaking or explaining anything, they just made hand gestures telling me they were “closed.” No communication. I come here early in the morning before work, they usually have fast service and on point but some days require patience. Overall they are friendly and get you right and started for the day. Love the coffee.
Absolutely love this place! The coffee is always fresh and delicious, and their donuts are a perfect treat any time of day. The staff is super friendly and makes every visit enjoyable!
