Ordered a small coffee from the drive through. Left and realized that the cup wasn’t even half full! I called 3 times and they hung up on me every time. Horrible service.
Ordered a cinnamon raisin bagel w/cc and they gave me a plain bagel w/cc. Went back and told them they gave me the wrong thing. I was than given a hard, not fresh cinnamon raisin bagel w/cc. Not happy at all.
Wish that old guy that works there quit disrespecting his coworker by letting them take orders instead of him interrupting them in the middle of a transaction. Than he get the order wrong each time. I ho to the other store now
Twice now the donuts are stale at 8 am. This time the top icing was nearly gone on one. And it wasn’t stuck to the bag they threw it in. They also put it in the same bag that my hot sandwich was in. Do better.
went to the drive theu to get coffee for me & my fiance & i saw a dead rat outside. kinda makes me wonder if they have rats inside to . they need to do better with cleaning.
