Took roughly 45 minutes to get drive thru order(1 singular coffee), with only 4 cars in front of me. After 35 minutes my passenger went inside to get drink, lady working the mobile order counter was clueless and refused to speak to any of the customers. Walked away from the drinks after calling a name that wasn’t there, absolutely lost. Got the new ice cloud dunk latte and it was complete garbage, probably because it was watered down thanks to the incompetent staff, led by whoever claims to “manage” this location.
