SCAM ALERT .....I always come to this Dunkin’ because it’s close to my job, and I’ve always had a great experience. The employees who usually work here are friendly, and I’ve never had any issues until today. Today there was a new female employee at the drive-thru window wearing a gray shirt, and she charged me more than I normally pay for the exact same order. I don’t know why this Dunkin has so many bad reviews I come here every morning for my coffee and they are the best! The Manager Jennifer is so sweet and her team is amazing. They have never messed up an order. I’ve been through multiple management teams at this Dunkin since they opened, and I can tell you that there was once a time where I avoided this Dunkin completely but ever since Jennifer took over it is amazing. The service is amazing. My orders are always right. I don’t have a single complaint

This place is a disaster—mainly the employees. They have an attitude all the time; it seems no one trained them. They never let you know when your order is ready. Just today, I ordered a croissant; after waiting for about 10 minutes, I looked over at the counter and saw a bag. I asked them if it was mine, and they said yes. When I called them out on it, they got defensive and gave me attitude—hello, I’m the customer!—and I was the only there. These people come from their countries with a bad attitude. One star is too much.
Great Service, but for what you go is for the food and there is where the problem was. I bought 4 donuts at almost $8, 2 chocolate glazed and 2 with filling, which came with almost nothing and 1 of them completely empty….incredible!!
