Please ensure your staff are properly trained. Despite giving clear instructions at the register, they were not followed. This is my second latte this morning, and once again, it's not up to standard. If you're charging full price, the amount of latte provided should reflect that. A proper latte is not just steamed milk foam please refer to the Dunkin' poster for clarification.
Made me wait for 20 min for simple latte are they professional pathetic some time coffee was burnt
