Worst Dunkin experience. They made me wait long time for my order. Very disappointing service.
I stop here every night to get a coffee and for some reason the coffee don’t taste like coffee like others Dunking in all my orders it taste more water than coffee. Last night I look over the counter to see how they make it and I see she add the sugar and cream then pour the coffee and another pour from another tank. I ask her what it’s that she’s doing she can’t answer now I have dough of this place. They might try saving the real coffee and add water it doesn’t taste real coffee. ⭐ 1/5 — Extremely disappointing customer service and complete lack of concern for customer safety I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this Dunkin’ in Summit (journal square) next to the bus terminal . I stopped here after work and ordered two hot cappuccinos to go. The employee who initially took my order was pleasant, and I clearly stated that the order was to go.
