charging for light ice or no ice is absolutely absurd esp since this franchise owner cuts corners in every way possible. they arent open on time, they close before time. they never have the full menu this is actually CRAZY!
I went to the shop and I ordered the bagel minis and it was so tiny I get that the name has minis in it but it is so tiny like my dog could gobble it up in one inhale I was starving all day and was hoping for a bagel and they gave me this burned rock.
