I usually never review places like this, because it is what it is most of the time. I have been coming to this Dunkin every weekend as a morning walking ritual. Every single time they mess up my order, it’s infuriating. I am posting this review so someone will see it and do something about it. It’s so frustrating, I am taking it as a sign to just buy all the ingredients and make the stuff at home. I am not the only one. Routinely I see people walk in with the same frustrations.
I order everything bagel with butter. I guess you need microscope to find out the butter.
Very disappointed with my experience at Dunkin. I was charged an extra $0.50 for requesting less ice, which already felt unreasonable. To make matters worse, the drink was poorly prepared. My matcha wasn’t mixed properly, and there were large chunks of powder sitting at the bottom of the cup. The drink didn’t taste good at all because of it.
