rude staff
I asked for decaf coffee because i have allergy form caffeine, she put normal coffee and i am now sick.
Rude staff didn't understand what I wanted for my order and argued with me not knowing kind of refresher I wanted avoid this place
Rude and unenthusiastic staff. They clearly have no idea that customers know the difference between a latte and a cappuccino. They are trying to argue that the latte they gave us and the cappuccino we ordered are the same. They are saying the amount of shots is the same. Ummm okay, but we obviously want less milk and that is why we ordered cappuccino. The lady wanted to take the latte she gave us to change it into a cappuccino by dumping out milk without adding an extra shot. And who is to say they wouldn't contaminate the d... read more
