I was really was really interested in a certain car. I contacted Zech Pickrell an auto salesman at that location. He was of no professional help. I asked him for a certain price and with his no response left me to question that they do not want you to know so that they can over charge you during financing.
I looked at a vehicle and later msged the salesman that I wanted to find out what the noise was in the front end of the vehicle. The salesman didn't answer so I went into the place and was told that the owner had an appointment with someone who had asked the very same question and was having the mechanic check it out. She msged the owner and I msged the salesman and neither one have bothered calling me back. The vehicle was sold from right under me. So much for customer service. Guess the ole mighty dollar wins every time.

Dunk Lee Auto is a great place. Zach is great and easy to work with, putting my needs first, and was very honest and helpful. Having my 3 kids with me was also easy thanks to the toy area and TV.
Very dishonest people and never follow through with what they promise. The mechanic and salesman have quit and I am left in a very fraudlent crooked deal. DON’T TRUST THEM
