I’m not sure who is worse…Dungarvin or the state of Indiana for allowing this company to still be in business. I lose sleep over how neglectful this company is and I see a lot of bad stuff as a residential therapist. Nothing as bad as dungarvin.
This Is one of the worse places to take your loved ones. Everyone in the company is crooked lazy and unprofessional. They don’t care about the clients well being as long as there’s someone anyone willing to fill in for the shifts so they don’t have to come in and work.

Every company has ups and downs. Dungarvin tries their best to provide the best care for individuals. Through this pandemic it’s be hard to keep staff because of Covid either staff have gotten sick and can’t come to work or staff are scared to get Covid, rightfully so, however the program directors are there willing to pick up and work as well as the Area director. This is a great company overall. If you want your love one to have staff who really care being them here.
