This company is only worried about making a quick dollar. The homes are not given enough money to pay for basic needs of the clients and then leave essential home repairs on the back burner. Employees are beat on by clients which is expected but then management laughs at your injuries and HR doesn't exist. How well you do as an employee is based on who you know and not how hard you work. I’m not sure who is worse…Dungarvin or the state of Indiana for allowing this company to still be in business. I lose sleep over how neglectful this company is and I see a lot of bad stuff as a residential therapist. Nothing as bad as dungarvin.
This Is one of the worse places to take your loved ones. Everyone in the company is crooked lazy and unprofessional. They don’t care about the clients well being as long as there’s someone anyone willing to fill in for the shifts so they don’t have to come in and work.
