We have been going to Mrs. Dung Nguyen, OD for many years, and our entire family has always had a great experience. The visits are consistently smooth and satisfying. I have vision insurance BUT they are out of network. They are in the network before That's why I went back again. The Dr or nurse won't tell me anything until I realized I have to pay full amount out of insurance claim. Please be aware about this. I don't want anyone who has same situation.
I’ve been going to Dr Nguyen for years and I’m always completely satisfied with her examinations. She is very professional, caring and personable. She does a vey thorough examination and is never in a hurry to get you out the door. Her staff are always welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend her services.
As before, I had an excellent experience at this practice. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Dr. Shanmugam's professionalism and warm, personal style make it a pleasure to work with her.
