June 12th appointment. Would not see me as balance due. Never received a bill from doctor. Don't use credit cards. Said I would send check when I got bill. Not good enough. Using doctor for several years always paid. Didn't matter. Bill was sent out supposedly June 8th. Will not use them again. Disgusting behavior as a so-called medical doctor.
