We booked a reservation and stayed at Janes Addiction in August 2020 managed by Dune. We thought this was a premium property and splurge a little since we do this trip once a year as our family trip (15 people) and have never had an experience like we had a this property. We were promised action by Dune on items that needed addressing from the Saturday and Sunday as we arrived. We rented a large home for a week. We shared the property the last day. They said they implied that could happen by stating the guest house wasn’t for rent. However, they never stated that the owners or their friends (a couple with two kids) might show up and use the guest house that shares the backyard. If you pay $7000 for a week, don’t plan on privacy. Use 360 Blue. No surprises in the past with them. We stayed in a home managed by Dune Realty. We booked through VRBO and Dune charged us a 10% fee for not booking directly through Dune. We stayed in a lovely house but were not told it is on the market for sale. The property manager asked us two different times if we could be out of the house for them to show it to a potential buyer. We were never told the house was on the market. Furthermore, they charged us a cleaning fee of $565.00 to clean upon our departure.
