Love this place!
Ive been going to Dundee Family Dental for a few months now. The doctors and staff are both personable and knowledgable, and they don't seem as overly booked as other area facilities are. Out of all the dentistry locations I've been to, they're easily among the best.
Dr. Ekapon and his assistant, Angela were terrific. very personable and friendly (especially if dentists normally make you nervous) and they fixed a problem on my teeth that had been there for years (since childhood) without previous dentists even taking notice. I would definitely recommend them to others!
I have been phobic about dentists (and their offices) for more than 50 years, mostly because of ugly experiences as a child. In the not too distant past, I had to receive gas just to make it through a basic exam. As an adult, I have health issues that require extra care and attention from the Dentist and his Staff when they treat me. Although I still gag through the x-rays, I am now calm (and actually watch tv) throughout the cleaning and exam...with no medication at all. Title pretty much says it all. Been going here for just shy of 3 years and have never had a bad experience. Very flexible, friendly people.
I've had April and Dr. Belling for most of my visits. April is hilarious, friendly, and just all-around approachable. She made me feel at ease, which is pretty rare for a dentist visit. Dr. Belling is very nice as well, and thorough. He explains everything he's doing and gives his recommendations. The staff is really great as well. I have been going to this dental office for over two years now. The dentist I was given first was the best I have ever had. I am scared of the dentist after a previous horrible experience elsewhere. The dentist made me feel comfortable and brought my smile back to life!!! Literally! A little over six months ago the dentist I was originally given moved to a different location. Again I was scared. DFD was able to get me in for a root canal the day after I called them. The front desk was helpful and friendly, and the doctor and technicians were friendly and did an amazing job. Had almost no pain with this root canal- before, during, or after the procedure. I've found my dentist.
Dundee Family Dental is fantastic! The staff are always upbeat and professional and they make going to the dentist enjoyable. April Knoell is the best hygienist I've ever had!
