I have been going to Dundee for over 20 years ... I first saw Dr. DeShazer back in 1990 per a reference from a co-worker. Of course, he's no longer with us, but the people I've been with since then have been great! Shanieka (bet I'm spelling that wrong is fantastic ... she listens to me whine every six months about the fact my job of 21 years was eliminated end of 2011 and I'm still jobless. Just a wonderful little family welcomes you and wants to help. They are efficient and technologically advanced. Just a great place to bye when you have to get your teeth cleaned etc.
DFD was a welcoming, neighborhood experience. First of all, I was struggling with making an appointment late enough so as to not conflict with my work schedule, but DFD said my dentist works until 8pm a couple nights a week! Second, my wait time was minimal, I hardly got 1/2-way through my paperwork! The hygienist and dentist were informative, communicative and very helpful with my concerns..especially my worries about potentially painful procedures! I WENT IN FOR MY SECOND CLEANING SINCE I STARTED COMING TO DUNDEE DENTAL ABOUT 6 MONTHS AGO. IN THE PAST GETTING MY TEETH CLEANED WAS LIKE SCRATCHING MY NAILS ON A CHALKBOARD .... BUT THEY MAKE THE EXPERIENCE AS PLEASANT AS POSSIBLE IN A FRIENDLY AND RELAXED ATMOSPHERE. I CHANGED TO DUNDEE BECAUSE OF THE GREAT CARE THEY GAVE TO MY DAUGHTER WHEN SHE HAD INVISALINE BRACES PUT ON. SHE NEVER BALKED WHEN SHE HAD TO GO IN FOR CHECK-UPS ETC. My best experience ever at a dentist office! There was no pain as I got my tooth filled. I was able to also get my teeth cleaned without making another appointment. It made for a Happy Valentine's Day for me after all. Great dentist!!

I had a chipped filling and went in for a repair/replacement. Dr. Belling and his assistant Britt could not have made me more comfortable. They both explained everything that was going to happen as I asked. Dr. Belling kept me informed throughout the repair as to what he was doing and how close we were to completion. I was "in the chair" less than 30 minutes. I thought for sure it was going to take 45 min to an hour.
