I even don’t want to leave any star here! It’s really bad experience here! I went to the clinic and booked the appointment for Tdap-IPV for my son. However the nurse gave Tdap-IPV and MMRV. She firstly blamed the person who booked the appointment because her computer recorded two. I was the person who booked the appointment. I had never ever mentioned MMRV. I was in such pain due to neck and shoulder muscle. I ask to see doctor and I forgot my health card but I had a picture of it (my card was expired however I said I will update the last 2 codes when I go home because normally the kids clinic receptionist would do it) the walk in reception was very rude and said you never update your health card and you can pay to see the doctor.
