Attempted to call on the phone for a price on R454b. The lady cut me off and stated I can’t give that to you without an epa and a business account on file. It’s weird how literally every other HVAC supplier will. I will no longer use them since they are trying to keep secrets. Even after explaining I have my universal epa. A price is just that a price not top secret information. You could’ve denied me service from the door. Do the two older guys still work there? What happened to the customer service?
