Had spoke with them before our rally. Pulled in last Friday. They got started with our requests. Air line needed to be ordered and replaced. Stayed at their facility. Water and electric available, no charge. They even have a dump station and propane is available. Wonderful experience, Jen and Angela in the front office made us feel like family. I took my 2015 Fleetwood Excursion 33D to Duncan for repair to a door that got bent too far back, a crack in the fiberglass above the front right wheel, alignment of my front right door that was bad when we bought it, and installation of Boogey LED lights behind my awning. Everyone from the front office to the techs are very nice and helpful. The color match on the paint is perfect. The front edge of the baggage door was hammered flat again and looks as good as new.
