If you need any work done on your RV call Duncan RV Repair. They could not be more courteous, friendly, helpful and willing to do whatever it takes to satisfy their customers. We had warranty issues with our new RV. The manufacturer had contracted with Duncan to do the work. We were blessed to have some of the best in the industry doing the work. We are here now and I'm trying to keep my mouth shut and let my husband do his thing. He's very passionate about our RV especially since it's our home. He likes to know what's being done and communication is crucial since it prevents error or miscommunication between staff and client. I like that they do pop in and let us know about things we have a concern of at that time. I know the staff is busy and trying to get everyone satisfied and they've shown it. This RV repair center is a great place for your repairs, they do it all. We dropped our unit off for furnace and generator repair, the repairs were made on time and to our satification but upon return ing home the furnace would not lite and we were packed and ready to leave the next morning, one call and the service mgr. Came to our home in Michigan and made the repairs, now rhat is service. We are now in Floridia and all repairs are working great, thanks Duncan RV.
Inside staff at the 2 front windows were great, but I wasn't Impressed with the workers. It might because we had someone different each day for 3 days, and had to figure it all out again. And they didn't Communicate with us very well to let us know how things were going. Don't know if I will go back.

I have a 2005 Holiday Rambler Endeavor I bought used in 2014 I have had a problem with the right side windshield coming out of the gasket at the lower right corner. This has happened 3 times since I have owned this coach. Roger is so knowledgeable and showed me where the gasket has never been installed correctly from the factory. He made the repairs as needed and the unit looks great. If you need any work done this is your go to place. Great friendly people. Best experience I have ever had.
I can't say thank you enough to the amazing people at Duncan. My coach was painted nose to tail flawlessly and within my time frame. Excellent service and very friendly staff made for a perfect experience.
