I hate to leave a bad review here but I gave Jo choice. I have had so many questions about my decline in income , how to lower payments as I was told if this should happen , to contact the firm. After several emails - I get vague answers that do not answer my questions. I prefer not to file chapter 7 , but that was the fast non personal solution .
