The office is bright, clean and cheerful. Everyone there are knowledgeable, kind and helpful. Highly recommend! Ashley is wonderful! Friendly, knowledgeable and professional.
Never even having heard of Duncan hearing aids, my wife and I have them a call at 4:30 pm about my mother in-law's broken hearing aid, the girl I talked to told us to come by, as she'd be there until 6 pm... We brought the broken ReSound hearing aid by, and walked out 20 minutes later with it repaired! What a friendly amazing staff....
