The staff were kind , courteous & helpful! Dr Lewis made me feel very comfortable. She thoroughly explained all of the testing.

Never even having heard of Duncan hearing aids, my wife and I have them a call at 4:30 pm about my mother in-law's broken hearing aid, the girl I talked to told us to come by, as she'd be there until 6 pm... We brought the broken ReSound hearing aid by, and walked out 20 minutes later with it repaired! What a friendly amazing staff.... Thanks to all in the North Dartmouth office for your friendly amazing service! Support local businesses!
