Took my 91 year old mother for a hearing aid. Dr. Duncan was pleasant, thorough, and informative. Was impressed that she did not insist my mother get two hearing aids when she is totally deaf in one ear. This would have meant more money that the business could have earned. The office staff is efficient and pleasant even when there are a lot of patients. (My mother looks forward to the cookie they usually give out at checkout!)
