I visited Duncan Hearing to have ear molds made for in-ear monitors (I am a performing musician). Just picked-up hearing aids for first time. Kim was great. Went over everything wasn't rushed. All the staff were very professional. Also a shout out to Dr. Joe for making me feel comfortable in coming here to purchase the hear aids.
My wife recently purchased new hearing aids at the Fall River location. As always Kimberly Duclos was extremely helpful. She explained all the features and made sure they were adjusted for optimal hearing. Kimberly is the best and we always have a lot of laughs when we see her.
