I have been with Duncan Hearing since I got my first hearing aid 5 days before Massachusetts "shut down " at the start of the COVID epidemic. I had a problem with my device. Her office was closed, but Dr. Duncan repaired the device herself and returned it to me. This level of service is the norm at Duncan Hearing. It is such a pleasure going to her Fall River office. Had a pleasant first appointment at Duncan Hearing Healthcare. Allison at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Kimberly was also friendly and helpful in cleaning my old Hearing Aids, setting me up with getting new ones. Also answering any questions I had.
After our second visit with our audiologist all testing and analysis completed we felt that we were in expert hands and we highly recommend Duncan Hearing Health Care and our audiologist Erin MacMullen.
