Rang Duncan for a con rod which is hard to come by and he looked around for me. Called me back and told me who to ring directly to avoid having to pay his costs.Been ringing people all day and this is the best guy i have come across and i greatly appreciate it.Thanks Duncan.Cheers Geoff
I dropped off my Alfa engine at the end of April for a go over, head service, crank linish, check the liner seats in the block and deck the head surfaces. The head was finished in June, I rang and asked how long, was told roughly 3 weeks to get the bottom end done. I rang at that point and was told another week or two as staff had been off. Fine.
