Had some of the best customer service here and absolutely loved working with Justin Didonato and the financial rep to buy my truck. Would highly recommed!
Took my focus in for an oil change. Instead of taking the cloth cover off to get to the drain plug, they cut a slit in it. Also claimed to have fixed my A/C, and told me "you just have to let the car run a bit first". And to top it all off, I just did another oil change on my car because I was leaking oil. The oil filter was so loose I could unscrew it with my bare hands, with very little effort.
Very prompt and friendly, my salesperson Justin always made himself available even on his days off to answer my questions or work with me on different issues that came up. Got a great deal ( better than any other dealership offered me ) on my trade in, and when I did find an issue with my windshield, Justin went out of his way ( 2 weeks after the deal was done ) to make sure they took care of it.
