Fixed my whining noise in my acura MDX when I had one other mechanic tell me it was the power steering pump that was replaced twice along with the alternator & tensioner assembly and it just turned out to be the pulley which Acura diagnosed and fixed on the same day!!! Also offered 12 months warranty on service and parts... As always go to the dealership if you want an accurate diagnosis...& fix!! :) ;)
This concerns the SERVICE DEPT, which is all I dealt with. Traveling from TN to NJ, I broke down near Roanoke and was toed to Duncan. They were extremely helpful and courteous, told me when they would fix my car, got me a rental car at an excellent rate, and took me to the rental car. They then fixed my car on time and at a reasonable price and arranged for me to pick it up after hours. I thought their customer service here was decent however the manager or so called manager Mike Mattox didn't even look at me when I said hello. It became pretty clear to me quick they're only interested in making money. I feel like I was being talked into something I could never get out of. One word. Uncomfortable.
Purchased a pre-owned Audi from them recently. Experience was straightforward and their pricing was very reasonable as compared to the competition (regional). I was treated fairly and they made buying a pre-owned car a snap.
