I’m dumbfounded about their business model; they didn’t respond to my inquiry on an Acura RDX. Said they were calling me back but never did nor responded to my emails. I ended up buying my RDX in North Carolina.

We came in to look at a Honda CR-V and had the opportunity to work with Jim Thomas. He was AMAZING! He answered all of our questions, gave us a rundown on the dealership and their philosophy and just really made us feel comfortable. Then we went for a test drive and fell in love with the car. It was a pleasure to deal with Jim Thomas and the team at Duncan Acura. They did everything they could to help me find a vehicle that fit my needs and my budget. Great to deal with from start to finish.
My husband and I were very impressed with Duncan Acura and the crown jewel of the place was Jason Fink. When we walked into the show room, he didn't try to sell us a car. He tried to understand who we were and what we were looking for. It was like going to a (good) doctor, who listens first and prescribes second. Strong work .... the whole team!
