Like living by dumpsters in a dark alley way between two nasty restaurants. Literally. Roaches crawling all around you and also bedbugs trying get at you at the same time. All while the landlord getting smart with you mind you they are not the ones living in these units. In short the place is NASTY AS HELL! Not worth it.
The landlord and maintenance are the greatest. I have always lived in a home, but for my circumstances I live here in the apartments at Dunbar apartments, and they are wonderful. They are here when you need them to fix anything. The maintenance is absolutely wonderful. The apartment is clean when you walk in and very safe for that reason. as an individual, I feel safe in these apartments.
I have lived in this apartment for 1 year now. I would say the studio on 3rd floor are the best option for a single occupant. I found these apartment to be safe and quiet. I feel since these apartment are located in close proximity to the restaurants that's a bonus. The only issue are the bugs but if you maintain hygiene, then it's not a very big issue. Rent here to enjoy your stay with bugs and mice, my neighbor who no longer lives here had a cockroach fall on her while taking a shower.
