Crooks - Take out a 2nd mortgage if you use these people. Had a 10x10 kitchen to tile. Estimator came over. Said I could only use their tiles (1 strike). did not have the color I wanted (2 strikes). Spent almost 4 hours at my home awaiting the written estimate. $15,000 (3 strikes). Got a beautiful job done from another contractor - $3000. Watch out for this company!

Several years ago, Dun-Rite remodel our kitchen. Not only is our kitchen beautiful, it is wonderfully functional. They were efficient, clean and on time. We have now contracted with Dun-Rite to remodel three bathrooms in our home. The first bathroom is done a beautiful. In working with them, they have been more than helpful as I have changed my mind about several things as the construction progressed. I highly recommend Dun-Rite.

I contracted with Dun-rite to put in 2 bathroom countertops and install 2 recessed mirrors. After signing the contract I was contacted and encouraged to not recess the mirrors as it was too much work. I was told there would be an additional fee to reroute a vent pipe and the cost due to the "complexity of rerouting" would be $250. I asked why that was not included on the original bid as I would expect a contractor to know if I have two sinks they have to be vented. I agreed to the charge just to get the project going.
