doug the plumbler came to reconnect the drain on our replaced bathroom sink. ran into many problems. would not give up till everything was working great. he also cleared drain for us . he is an asset to your company

So my wife and I wanted to improve the functionality and increase the storage amount in our kitchen for years. We finally pulled the trigger this year and went with Dun-rite to complete such project. We have no complaints with members of the install crew since they all worked very hard and did a great job. Also, the quality of the material used seems to be very good. Buyer Beware We unfortunately hired Den-Rite for a bathroom refacing and this has been one of the biggest bamboozles of our life. We overpaid by $25,000 and it looks like a DYI project that someone has done with little to no skills. There is no craftsmanship or attention to detail. The man they put in charge was very nice but inexperienced. He possibly got a 4 hour training session and then was announced as a lead installer. Dun-Rite did our kitchen floor with ceramic tile. They sent an employee out to do the job and he did not know how to lay ceramic tile. He got 2/3's of the job done and his manager decided it was not acceptable. So they sent 2 other men out, who supposedly were "expert" at laying ceramic tile. They had to jack hammer the existing tile to get it out, causing a fine cement dust to spread throughout my home. They laid more tile, which has many individual uneven tiles...very poor job. Having dealt with a horrendous small business contracting company prior to Dunrite. I can say Dunrite does it RIGHT!! Dunrite came in, repaired and replaced what was left by the prior contractor. Thank you Dunrite for making our beautiful kitchen.

Expensive! Our bathroom is small. We had our shower area with tub changed and we got them from them. They changed the shower wall with tiles which are nice. They did a little plumbing now tub is draining fast as well as toilet. We bought our own toilet, sink and faucet, which they installed. We got our vanity cabinet from them which is very simple, and counter top. The agent told us that they will change the whole wall in the bathroom, but only shower area. Crooks - Take out a 2nd mortgage if you use these people. Had a 10x10 kitchen to tile. Estimator came over. Said I could only use their tiles (1 strike). did not have the color I wanted (2 strikes). Spent almost 4 hours at my home awaiting the written estimate. $15,000 (3 strikes). Got a beautiful job done from another contractor - $3000. Watch out for this company!
