We had a great experience with our home inspection. Ron was incredibly thorough, took his time, and carefully looked at every part of the house without making us feel rushed. He walked us through everything as he went, explaining his findings in a way that was easy to understand and answering all of our questions. He was friendly, professional, and very easy to talk to, which made the whole process much less stressful. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and detailed home inspector.

Ron at Dun-Rite Home Inspection on a scale 1-10 is a “10”. A 4-hour home inspection turned into 6 hours. Ron never complained and continued to face-time and send pictures of the inspection. Ron’s knowledge and professionalism gave me the confidence in the home inspection. Ron set a timeline and upfront and stuck to the timeline. I highly recommend Dun-Rite Home Inspection.

Ron helped inspect a home for me not once, but twice, and did a stellar job both times. Easy to contact and quick to respond. Ron did a fantastic job on our home inspection. He was very thorough and explained everything as he went along. I felt like I had a much better idea of all the workings of the home being inspected and some information that will be useful on any home purchases in the future. I would definitely recommend this company and I’m grateful for the piece of mind he provided us.

Ron was recommended to me by a good friend who owns multiple properties because he is so thorough and professional. Ron was great from the start.
