Ron helped inspect a home for me not once, but twice, and did a stellar job both times. As a first-time home buyer, his willingness to guide me through his process was incredibly comforting and reassuring. He presented his findings with clarity and with understanding of my priorities. Ron was also able to give suggestions on next steps for any issues while remaining reasonable and unbiased. Ron is easy to contact and gets right to work on all the essentials. I couldn't have asked for a better inspector for my first home.

Easy to contact and quick to respond. Ron did a fantastic job on our home inspection. He was very thorough and explained everything as he went along. I felt like I had a much better idea of all the workings of the home being inspected and some information that will be useful on any home purchases in the future. I would definitely recommend this company and I’m grateful for the piece of mind he provided us.

Ron was recommended to me by a good friend who owns multiple properties because he is so thorough and professional. Ron was great from the start. I definitely recommend Ron and his side kick, Nick. They are very knowledgeable and thorough. Ron is easy to get a hold of and responds quickly. I've used him for two home inspections. Each time both Ron and Nick arrived early, kept me at ease with a balance of professionalism and comedy, and went as far as drawing me diagrams to help me understand some of the aspects that were beyond my comprehension. Ron has done a fantastic job on 2 home inspections for us. He is very personable and has great attention to detail and work ethic. He braved a roof inspection during a rain shower and was extremely thorough even through getting soaked. We would highly recommend Ron and will be using his services again for any future needs.
