We had a great experience with our home inspection. Ron was incredibly thorough, took his time, and carefully looked at every part of the house without making us feel rushed. He walked us through everything as he went, explaining his findings in a way that was easy to understand and answering all of our questions. He was friendly, professional, and very easy to talk to, which made the whole process much less stressful. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and detailed home inspector.

I called 8 different home inspectors and I'm so glad we went with Dun Rite. We used his services for 2 homes and his thoroughness saved us from 40k in repairs for a basement the seller claimed the water intrusion issue was a 1 time instance 10 years ago and had been remedied but had not been. He didn't rush through just checking boxes, he took his time and checked every nook and cranny ... read more

Ron at Dun-Rite Home Inspection on a scale 1-10 is a “10”. A 4-hour home inspection turned into 6 hours. Ron never complained and continued to face-time and send pictures of the inspection. Ron’s knowledge and professionalism gave me the confidence in the home inspection. Ron set a timeline and upfront and stuck to the timeline. I highly recommend Dun-Rite Home Inspection.

Ron helped inspect a home for me not once, but twice, and did a stellar job both times. As a first-time home buyer, his willingness to guide me through his process was incredibly comforting and reassuring. He presented his findings with clarity and with understanding of my priorities. Ron was also able to give suggestions on next steps for any issues while remaining reasonable and unbiased. Ron is easy to contact and gets right to work on all the essentials. I couldn't have asked for a better inspector for my first home.
