Trying to contact them to reschedule or cancel an appointment is a nightmare. Waiting on hold for over a half hour and counting to just ask to cancel or reschedule. They charge $50 for no show appointments so it's important to reschedule or cancel! Then if you do the callback request thing they offer, your phone blocks them as spam so you have to call back and wait AGAIN anyway. I don’t know how this place only has two reviews and a three star rating. Kristen Barr and her team are phenomenal. This is the third physical therapy place I’ve been to and it’s a night and day difference. I love places where the people actually care about their work and it shows. Hundred percent recommend.
I've worked with 3 different physical therapists at this location and all have been fantastic. Staff is skilled and the office has a nice vibe
Hours are wrong. I’ve shown up twice at times they were scheduled to be open and they were closed.
